This article explains how to update your contact information using the RideCo passenger app.
1. Log In
Navigate to the booking website that you normally use for booking rides and assisting passengers.
2. Navigate to your Profile
Open up the menu on the left side of the booking website, and click on 'My Profile'.
3. Update your Profile
Now, you can modify your email address and/or phone number! When you're done, click 'Save' to save your changes.
Important
If you're unable to make the desired changes, it is likely that your email address or phone number is already in use with another account. Please reach out to customer support for assistance!
