This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password for your RideCo account! This process is the same for users of the passenger and driver applications.
1. Open the App or Booking Site
Open the RideCo app or booking website and click 'Sign-In'
2. Click on Forgot Password
Click on 'Forgot Password?' to start the process.
Enter your e-mail address and select 'Reset My Password'.
3. Check your Email
Now, check your inbox for the Reset Password e-mail and follow the link.
Note
If you don't receive your email right away, don't panic! It may take 1-5 minutes to send. If you don't receive it after a few minutes, check your junk/spam folder.
4. Enter a New Password
Create a new Password and hit 'Change Password'.
Security Tip
A strong password including numbers, upper and lower case letters, and special characters is recommended for maximum security!
Congratulations! You have now reset your Password and can login using your new Password.
