How to Sign in to the RideCo Knowledge Base

This article is to help you access the RideCo Support Knowledge Base for the first time, or if you've forgotten your password. By signing in, you'll have access to all of our RideCo help articles!

First Time signing in to RideCo Knowledge Base

Step 1: 

Select the Sign in button in the top right hand corner of the Support site. 

Step 2:

On the sign in page, click Get a password

Step 3:

Enter your email and select Submit

Step 4:

You have now been sent instructions to set up your password! If you do not see it in your inbox in the next few minutes, please check your junk mail or spam and move the email to your inbox before going forward. 

Step 5: 

Select the Create Password link in the email. 

Step 6:

Enter the name you would like to appear as to our Support team. Please keep in mind that this will show up on any support requests you send in. Follow the requirements to set your password. 

Step 7:

You can now access all articles authorized to your program! 

Forgot Password

Step 1: 

Select the Sign in button in the top right hand corner. 

Step 2:

Select the Forgot Password button, and enter your email. 

You have now been sent instructions to set up your password! If you do not see it in your inbox in the next few minutes, please check your junk mail or spam and move the email to your inbox before going forward. Follow the instructions and you'll be all set!
