Hello and welcome to RideCo Support! This site contains documentation on how to use the RideCo dashboard, passenger app, and partner app, as well as other related platforms. New content is added and updated as new features are released, so stay tuned for updates! If you have any questions, please reach out to support@rideco.com or your RideCo contact.

How to access the support site

Sign in!

For privacy purposes, many articles on this site are password protected, but if you're a RideCo customer we want you to have full access! To access all of the knowledge base articles you will need to sign in with an email address and password by clicking Sign in at the top of the page.

For the first time logging in, you will need to set up your password! For full instructions, please follow this guide! 

If you forgot your password, it can be reset using the "Forgot password?" button (highlighted below).

Navigating the Knowledge Base

The best way to find a relevant article is to use the search function! Type in a question or a feature of RideCo you'd like to learn more about and start exploring! If you can't find what you're looking for please let us know and we will help guide you.

When you first sign in, click on "Guides" to see a list of article categories. The knowledge base is divided into sections based on the different aspects of the RideCo product. 

Submitting a support request

If you'd like to get more help on a certain topic, the best way to do so would be to submit a request to RideCo support. This can be done in two ways:

  1. When signed in to the support site, you can click "Submit a request" at the top of the page or at the bottom of each article. This will take you to a form where you can enter your request details. 
  2. Send an email to support@rideco.com
